Wedding or Brunch Carving Station

For Cocktail Parties*

Cocktail receptions are priced at $17.50 per person, per hour with a minimum of two hours and always feature displays consisting of New England Cheese, Seasonal Fresh Fruits, Fresh Vegetable Crudités with Dips and Baked Brie en Croute, as well as one of the following menu plans:

ANTIPASTO: Asparagus Tasting with Lemon Aioli, Stuffed Portabello Mushrooms with Caramelized Onions and Gruyere Cheese, Imported Prosciutto, Capricola, Soppresatta, Grilled Game Sausage with Hot Mustard, Marinated Boccachini, Oven-Roasted Roma Tomatoes and Garlic with Crusty Bread, Country Olive Mix and Assorted Breadsticks and Crackers.

PASTA: Roasted Mushroom Ravioli and Pesto Cream, Fried Butternut Squash Ravioli and Asiago Cream, Three Cheese Tortellini and Vodka Sauce, Crispy Kale Chips with Smoked Blue Cheese and Spiced Walnuts.

SMOKED SEAFOOD: Smoked Salmon, Mussels, Scallops and Shrimp served with Condiments & Cornichons as well as bagel chips, crackers and breads

SAVORY DIPPING STATION: Salsa Fresca with Corn Tortilla Chips, Red Lentil Dip and Edamame Hummus, Baked Crab and Artichoke Dip with Spiced Pita Chips, Eggplant Hummus with Grilled Bread, Hand-Cut Potato Chips with Caramelized Shallot Dip

BROAD ARROW TAVERN TASTING: Wood Oven Roasted Mussels with Hazelnut Butter, Marguerite Pizza, Baked Spinach and Asiago Dip with Toasted Pita, Crispy Chicken Strips with House Remoulade

Plus twenty percent service charge and eight percent sales tax.

* Please note, cocktail receptions are hosted at the Harraseeket Inn from 4 – 6pm and 7 – 9pm. During the Dinner hours of 5-7 receptions are available with additional stations required.
